ASUS Nvidia GTX 970 Strix OC edition.
Intel(R) Haswell Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz
2x4GB DDR3 G.Skill
Kingston SSD 240GB
Corsair CX500 power supply
Windows 7 enterprise
I uninstalled the driver for the graphics card as it was crashing every time I played a game.
Then obviously got black screen so removed graphics card physically and can now boot with onboard graphics.
However if I physically reinstall the old graphics card then windows always boots to black screen. Presumably its using the graphics card in favour of the onboard graphics card but as there is no driver I'm not getting any video output.
I can't install the driver without the card being in place as I get an error message saying no hardware found.
Bit of a catch 22.
Any help much appreciated.
