Are there any LGA1150 socket motherboards still on the market that aren't extremely expensive?
I currently have an i7-4790(non-k), and can't seem to find a motherboard to upgrade to.

Not really. Those boards haven't been in production for many years, so you're pretty much stuck with buying used or paying for whatever is still out there in terms of new old stock. Most of what you'll find is going to be unrealistically priced because the sellers know you they can charge you more for it than it was ever worth at retail pricing, and still pay less than a platform upgrade, so a lot of people will do that.
