I will change my GPU from GTX 1050 to a 1070 as well as the RAM to 16gb. Now I don't know if i should upgrade cpu too because in a game like Overwatch i get times whit 100% cpu usage over all 4 cores. Average usage when playing is probably 80-90%, note I'm playing on low settings. So this has made me think what happens when i have a GTX 1070 ofc i'm going to rise the graphics to medium or high but i want to remain at 144fps.

Solution
Yes the i5 is going to bottleneck the 1070. However in higher resolutions and graphic settings this will become less evident since you'll shift the load back to the GPU. Lower resolutions and graphic settings are more CPU bound because in that scenario the GPU (it also depends on the GPU model) isn't used 100% and the load is shifted to the CPU. So my suggestion is to get the 1070 and if you are unable to hit 144Hz at 1080p, then get an i7 7700 or i7 7700k (if you have a motherboard that allows overclocking). Good luck.
