That is normal. When you start a game, it pulls more power and the graphics card does more work.
You can ensure that you are getting good air to your graphics card. Make sure you have fans pushing air into your case and ensure no dust is building.

I've opened my pc case and checked if theres alot of dust. It wasn't not on the pc parts. just a little bit but i cleaned it. But the thing is that recently the pc has been louder (not much). Can it have something to do with high presicion event timer? I turned it off so my gpu can run on a higher usage because i had that problem before. Thank you for the help this is just an extra question!

Anything that causes your graphics processor to work harder will pull more power from the power supply. That could cause more stress on both the graphics card, processor, ram, and your power supply. Make sure your components are up to the task before doing this.
