How to configure liogitech z5500 with Motherboard GA-MA78GM-S2H (rev.1.1)

Hello,
I just purchased z5500 but I am unable to configure it with upper three jacks i.e Center/subwoofer out jack (orange), Rear speaker out jack (Black) & Side speaker out Jack (gray), but when I connect with line out jack (Green) Center/Subwoofer works.
O.S Win7 64 bit
Processor- AMD Phenom 9850 Quad 2.50 GHz
Ram DDR II 800 Kingston
Realtek HD audio manager

Which Settings in Sound Manager ?

Settings are O.K in sound manager.

That's o.k, I've done all this job in every angle but only Green line out Jack works. Upper jack are not giving any sound.
