Which should I get? Radeon HD 6930 which is priced at $250(It's 200 Euro, not sure but i think it's about $250 lol...) and GTx 560Ti 448 priced at $300
I'll be playing MW3 but I dont know which I should Get... Im getting one by Dec 20 or so
Radeon HD 6930 is said to be an underclocked Radeon HD 6950
GTx 560 Ti 448 is said to be at the performance of the GTx 570 and is 10-20% cheaper in price than 570 as well
Is it worth the extra $50 for 560Ti 448 1.2GB? or is the Radeon HD 6930 2GB is better which is $50 less than 560Ti 448?

Solution
@OP
GTX 560ti 448 has a performance gain of 4% over the HD 6950, for the best bang for buck you probably wanna pick the HD 6950
Also the GTX 560ti 448 is no more powerful than the GTX 570, Also tell me your gaming resolution.

Which one would you highly recommend and/or get because I just want the Bang for Buck, I always thought(Awhile searching) that the IceQ is overpriced even tho it's a great card by reviews and bench mark... I just want a card that would Game better at around $300, I was thinking about getting 6950 at first for $250 but it seem 6970 is way better BUT is $100 more :/....

Both would be fine and play the modern games at ultra settings, even 30 FPS make the game very playable but the chance of maxing out every game with a constant of 60 FPS i highly recommend HD 6970.
I recommend the Sapphire one and the Gigabyte if you're going to be OCing it hard.

also , look for the dual bios switch if possible ..and there is also the option ..some of the saphire 6950's are coming with pre-unlocked shaders ..just flip the dual bios switch , and you basically wind up with an underclocked 6970 , same shaders ..for about $260 ..just another option to look at

@spagalicious, all the non ref designed cards unlocks only the shaders, you still need to OC it to HD 6970s clocks to get the same perfromance.

@legendkiller
It's another story and sometimes risky, so stick with either HD 6950/70 for depending on your budget.

When does the 28nm GPU comes out? Im mostly looking to get 28nm GPU but I dont know when it's coming out but i think it's this month But never heard any news about it... Im not going to fail again like I didn't know about these 32nm 2500k and I bought a i7 950 when those already came out like few weeks before...

Id like to point out that toms hardwares 448 was the weakest of all the ones reviewed, checked other sites for 448 reviews before you decide. The only two 448s id recommend are the MSI power edition for the intense OCs people have been able to get (1Ghz on a GF110 chip is crazy). Or if you dont plan to OC too hardcore yourself, the FTW EVGA will be "good enough" mostly cause its the only one that has a "moderate" price for what you get, and has a pretty healthy OC a stock.

The ATI side has been pretty handled already in this thread.
