Issues Staying Logged In?

Hey there all,

We're currently experiencing issues with users not being logged in when they should, or their sessions expiring too soon. This is an unfortunate side effect of our work to roll out a new Single Sign-On feature with improved security that is currently underway.

A workaround for the issue is to simply refresh the page. You'll automatically be reconnected, and won't have to go through the sign-in process again.

Our apologies for the temporary inconvenience as we make these upgrades. Please bear with us a short while longer, and we hope to have this issue addressed speedily.

yep. when in doubt, just hit refresh on the same page (on desktops).
refreshing the "tracked thread" page also helps in case people find themselves suddenly out of it.
