CEA President Calls For Free Trade At CES
With the 2008 International CES opening with more than 2,700 exhibitors spanning a record 1.85 million net square feet of exhibit space, CEA president and CEO Gary Shapiro took the opportunity to make a call for free trade. Shapiro projected that CE industry sales would jump to $171 billion in 2008, a 6.1% increase over 2007.
