Sandisk offers free encryption software for Cruzer devices
SanDisk announced a new file encryption system that provides owners of all Cruzer USB flash drives with security to protect important documents.
The new version of CruzerLock, called CruzerLock 2, enables users to encrypt, decrypt, compress and password-protect personal files and entire folders - stored on Cruzer USB drives. Operating on the Windows platform with drag-and-drop functionality, the software is available first in English, then in other languages, the company said.
The upgrade to SanDisk's CruzerLock software is now available free for downloading from the company's website.
