Tesoro Expanding Its Portfolio With PC Cases, New Mice and More

Gaming keyboard manufacturer Tesoro Technology USA announced that it plans to expand its current portfolio by adding PC cases as well as new mice, keyboards, headphones and accessories. These devices will be showcased next month during Computex 2015.

Tesoro didn't go into detail regarding its upcoming PC cases, only stating that they'll be offered later this year. The company also plans to preview concepts of mini cases during Computex in Taipei next month. As for the headsets, the company will showcase two lightweight models designed to be perfect for gaming: one that supports 7.1 surround sound and one that supports the 2.0 audio mode.

On the gaming mice front, Tesoro plans to introduce five new models for RTS, MMO and FPS gaming. These will range from "value versions" aimed at gamers on a budget to high-performance models packed with top-of-the-line sensors. The company said that all five will focus on "quality, ergonomics, and reliability."

Of course, the company will also showcase new mechanical keyboards, including updated versions of its current lineup. One new mechanical keyboard will be an 80 percent model with 104/105 keys and a slim form factor. The company will also reveal an aluminum keyboard with per-key RGB illumination.

News of Tesoro's expanded peripheral portfolio arrives after the company introduced the $149 Lobera Spectrum back in March. Customers can choose specific Kailh switches manufactured by Kaihua Electronics, including Black, Blue, Brown or Red. This keyboard includes 512kb of internal storage, USB and audio jack pass-through, several backlighting modes and more.

In addition to the gaming peripherals, Tesoro indicated that it plans to reveal additional partnerships and new devices focused on industrial applications next month.
