Apple is calling the iPhone 5 'the biggest thing to happen to iPhone since iPhone.' However, not everyone is as enthusiastic as Cupertino about this new iPhone. Apple rival Samsung even went as far as to produce the following spec sheet comparison, which compares the new iPhone 5 to the company's own Galaxy S III.
Complementing the image is the tag line, "It doesn't take a genius," a sly jab at Apple's own Genius Bar employees, which are known as 'Geniuses.' The image was tweeted by Samsung Mobile USA. "The Next Big Thing is already here, and it doesn’t take a genius to see why," the company tweeted.
This isn't the first time Samsung has used Apple's name to market its own products. Last year, the Australian launch of Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 was put on hold after Apple won a temporary injunction to stop the sale of the slate. It didn't last, though, and soon Samsung was given permission to launch the 10-inch tablet down under. Samsung did so with a full page ad that read, "The tablet Apple tried to stop." Samsung also pokes fun at Apple fans in TV ads for the Galaxy Note.
