We've heard a lot of rumors regarding Apple's big event tomorrow. Over the last week or so, there's been talk of a new Mac mini, a new MacBook Pro 13-inch model, and, of course, an abundance of iPad Mini rumors. However, the latest gossip regarding tomorrow's big reveal says we might also see a new full-sized iPad.
According to 9to5 Mac, Apple is planning to announce an updated version of the iPad featuring the new Lightning connector. 9to5 Mac cites sources that say the new 9.7-inch iPad will retain the same pricing for both the WiFi and LTE lines and will offer no additional options in terms of storage capacities. So far, it seems like the only changes will concern the dock connecter and the addition of global 4G support, but don't rule out updates to other key components, either.
Apple announced the iPad 3 in the first week of March and launched it a week later, on March 16. No doubt some iPad 3 early adopters will be bummed that their device is technically out-of-date just six months after they bought it. Apple is expected to announce a new 7-inch iPad Mini in various storage capacities. Tune in tomorrow for the full report on what else it's ready to launch.
