TalkTalk Tops Ofcom's 'Most Complained About' List

Ofcom has released its latest complaints data detailing the most complained about telecoms companies for the period of April to June. Every quarter, the UK telecoms watchdog will release information on the most complained about broadband and phone service providers.

As far as mobile phone service is concerned, the most complained about network among on-contract customers was Ofcom 3UK with 0.19 complaints per 1,000 customers. Broadening that category to include both pay-as-you-go and pay-monthly customers still places 3UK as the most complained about network.

Overall, O2 received the fewest complaints among all mobile providers, while Sky attracted the fewest complaints in the broadband category. The least complained about provider in the landline department was Virgin Media.

Would be interesting to see how this compares to AT&T or Verizon in the USA.

  • uhmm , crap survey.

do a survey on the quality and general customer satisfaction of all technology manufacturers. not one on a tellecoms service that is only in one country. toms is/was an international recognized site.

its something that i believe the general community will find more interesting then the amount of complaints an ISP gets.. big whoop they all get a shit load of complaints.

Funny, Talk Talk piggyback their service for broadband through BT using the LLU program, so by default any line faults are really BT's fault, same applies with the phones
    ...
Still, an average of 1 complaint every 2500 people is pretty good, anyone got those AT&T figures?
