Burberry Films London Fashion Show with 14 iPhone 5S

The iPhone 5S isn't out yet, but Burberry already has one. Actually, Burberry already has 14 iPhone 5S units. But what good is getting the latest technology early if you're not going to show it off? With London Fashion Week under way this week, Burberry decided to use the new iPhone 5S to film its newest collection.

Apple last week announced that it had partnered with Burberry and that the fashion label would use the iPhone 5S to capture photos and video before, during and after the Burberry runway show in London. That show took place on Monday and Burberry today released a reel of iPhone 5S footage from the show. As you can see, the label made use of the iPhone 5S's new slow-motion feature. Check it out for yourself below (fair warning, it is 15 minutes long):

    So 15 minutes of soft focus is tough on the eyes, as is panning with a wide angle lens.
    It only took 14 iphones with one on a track to shoot.

    Not even a good shot of Paloma Faith (the red head)

    Easier to look at Vines here;

    Can easily tell it wasn't a professional grade camera. Watch the crowd as the models walk buy, its pretty jittery. Got to say not bad though, I wouldn't expect anything less from a modern day cell phone.

    What were they trying to prove with this video, that you can bore someone to death with an iphone 5s? If so they almost did it but I had the sense to stop it at 1.5 minutes.

    Good video qualify from a phone... but this can also be achieved with a lot of modern day smart phones. Nothing ground breaking Toms.

    So the new iPhone is basically a fashion statement then?
