Panasonic to phase out analog TV development

published Panasonic will halt its development of analog TV systems and focus on the production of digital TV, starting from next month.
This is the first Japan-based home-appliance company to cease development of analog TV, according to the Japan-based Nihon Keizai Shimbun.
