Details About Dell's Windows 7 Tab Come Out

We heard about the Dell Rosemount very briefly yesterday thanks to a leaked roadmap sent to Android Central. The roadmap put the Windows 7 tablet’s launch around the fourth quarter, which matched up with a recent announcement from Dell that the company would be launching a slate targeted at business users at the end of the year.

Today we’ve got some more information about the business tablet, which will apparently be carrying the Latitude brand. According to information sent to Engadget by an anonymous tipster, the Dell Latitude tablet will run on Intel’s Oak Trail platform and boast a removable battery, software encryption, a dual-digitizer for support for both touch and stylus input, and the ability to perform a remote wipe.

Not much else to report at this point but we’ll keep you posted!
