Spansion said to be set to sample 90nm 1Gbit ORNAND flash

With Spansion recently showcasing its latest 90nm-made 1Gbit ORNAND multi cell package (MCP) single-chip solution, sources from Scansion's customers stated the memory maker will begin sampling the chip for handset makers as early as late October.
