It looks like NAND flash makers have finally stopped the financial bleeding. Prices for most NAND flash chips either held steady or rose slightly in March. This is in contrast to recent months where prices dropped by up to 25%, according to DRAMeXchange.
Analysts predict that there will be a shortage of NAND flash chips in the second quarter and that could push prices up.
