Prize details:

Grand prize:  One (1) winner will receive a special invite to attend CES 2011 and MSI MOA (Codename:  Operation Las Vegas) as a special VIP.  Roundtrip airfare, event invite, and 3 nights stay in Las Vegas will be provided.  Winner must be able to be free to travel to/from Las Vegas between Jan 5 2011 and Jan 8 2011.  Eligible only to legal residents of US, Canada or Mexico (only).  Entries accepted until 11:59PM PST, Sunday 12/19/10. 

Additional prizes:  Preregistering at http://us.msi.com/OperationLasVegas allows them to be eligible for prize giveaway during our livestream webcast on Jan 6^th.  User not need to be present during webcast to win.  Entries can be submitted up to the start of the webcast on Thursday 1/6/11
