DDR2 prices said to be bottoming out due to tight supply

published Samsung Electronics recently sent letters to its retailers indicating that the company's DDR2 shortage will last through the end of the first quarter of next year, market sources claimed. And Nanya Technology spokesman Pei-lin Pai has disclosed that the company's DDR2 supply for PC OEMs is running low.
