TSMC Upgrades 7nm, 5nm Processes For Performance

The Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has silently introduced new performance-enhanced versions of its 7nm DUV (N7) and 5nm EUV (N5) manufacturing processes, called N7P and N5P, respectively.
