Yahoo! CEO Bartz Freaks Out About Leaked Memos
News that the chief of PR at Yahoo!, Jill Nash, has decided to leave the company has been overshadowed by slightly more entertaining news that the new CEO, Carol Bartz, threw a wobbler about staff leaking memos to the press only to have said hissy fit leaked to the press.
Carol was critical of the fact that her first company-wide memo made its way to the press. “I hope whoever did it, feels bad enough to come forward and resign.” She also said she would “drop-kick to f***ing Mars” employees who leak to the press. She then pondered as to whether or not a $1,000 weekly bounty should be offered on said employees.
