Rambus Is Alive: SiS 658 In An Exclusive Test
Dual RDRAM: PC1200 Memory With 4.8 GB/s
Currently the fastest memory in the world: RDRAM modules with 32 bit for 600 MHz and, theoretically, 4.8 GB/s data transfer rate with an access time of 28 nanoseconds.
High-speed PC1066 modules have long since been old hat, with superior performance being offered by PC1200 memories (4.8 GB/s) as shown by the module above.
A further new, high-speed memory is the DDR400 memory from OCZ Technology. These modules work without any problems in CL2 mode and are double-sided.
