AMD's Bulldozer Architecture: Overclocking Efficiency Explored

Clock Frequency: 4.5 GHz, Multiplier: 22.5x, CPU Voltage: 1.428 V

At a clock rate of 4.5 GHz and a multiplier of 22.5x, the test system required a substantial CPU voltage increase to 1.428 V for stable operation. Turbo Core and various power saving features had to be disabled. We set load-line calibration to high, disabled overcurrent protection, and turned off thermal protection.
