EKWB Follows Feedback, Releases EK-XTOP Revo Dual D5 Pump Top Standalone Body, Updates D5 Pump Variant
EK Water Blocks has been silent all month, and just when you might have thought the company was taking a break from all the successive product releases, here it comes with a new pump revision and a pump top.

EK Water Blocks first revealed the EK-XTOP Revo dual pump system in November of last year, but the company had offered it only as a package that included two pre-installed D5 pumps. EKWB said that after “very high demand” it decided to release the EK-XTOP Revo Dual D5 Serial as an individual product. This will no doubt widen the appeal of the EX-XTOP Revo, as it allows people who already own pumps to upgrade to the new top without replacing perfectly good pumps.
In addition to the pump top, EKWB announced that it produced a new variant of the popular Xylem D5 pump. The EK-D5 PWM G2 Motor features an updated PWM controller. The pump is also designed to operate at 100% duty cycle if it isn’t receiving a PWM control signal.

The EK-D5 PWM G2 Motor and the EK-XTOP Revo Dual D5 Serial pump top are available directly from EKWB through the EK Webshop, or through the company’s network of resellers. The pump motor will set you back $89.99, and you’ll still need a top of some sort. The dual-pump top can be had for $99.99. Just be sure you have two matching pumps for it.
