The Microsoft Office 2010 beta leaked onto P2P networks earlier this week, but those of you who have been holding out for something a bit more official can safely download away.
Microsoft today revealed at the Professional Developers Conference (PDC) the public beta of Office 2010, SharePoint Server 2010, Project 2010, Visio 2010, Office Web Apps for businesses and Office Mobile 2010.

Why the ironic touch, Marcus? Bits like "if you're feeling adventurous with your desktop software, that is!" or "Now only if it were as exciting as this" don't add anything to the article except for your little sense of envy toward MS for coming out with a very good and widespread product.
