Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) chairman Frank Huang remains optimistic about the DRAM industry in 2008, reasoning that makers' bit growth next year will not be as high as that this year. Commenting on the recent DRAM price rebound, Huang said the market is likely to be heading towards a gradual recovery.
