The SK hynix Gold P31 2TB SSD is available for $107 today at Amazon. It’s usually priced around $150 making this one of its lowest prices so far this year. It uses 3D TLC NAND Flash and a PCIe 3.0 NVMe interface. This model is capable of reaching read/write speeds as high as 3500 / 3200 Mbps.

The SK Hynix Gold P31 2TB PCIe Gen3 SSD uses 128-layer 3D TLC NAND Flash and is compatible with PCIe 3.0 NVMe interfaces. The 2TB model can reach read/write speeds as fast as 3500/3200 Mbps but the speed varies for the other drive capacities.

Users can protect their data using optional integrated 256-bit AES encryption. The SK hynix Gold P31 2TB SSD is supported with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty as well as Amazon’s 30-day return policy. It has an estimated MTBF of 1.5M hours.

    Yeah, not an impressive offering at all with this price tag for this last-gen thing.

    Maybe some more weeks/months in the red will finally break these OEMs tight grip from a extremely fragile market. Nah, they until it's too late

    It's not a bad price, still a high performance drive, it's just not a spectacular price that screams BUY IT NOW instead of waiting for Prime Day, back to school sales, or Black Friday.

    This is as of today, 2023-05-22, so maybe the prices went back up in the space of 2 days.
    I clicked on the links provided in the article.
    Unfortunately, since I live in Canada, the link sent me to the CA amazon site. I had to go to the US site manually but used the same part number in the address line, so ended up on the correct page. Below are the results I found.

    The 2TB SSD is at $130 (129.94); the 1TB is at $108 ($107.99)
    On the other hand, the 2TB price is down by US$20 from the old price.
