Even Windows Vista realizes that something has changed: it gives 0.2 more CPU performance points on Phenom.
It's not surprising that the memory performance didn't change, since it was already at the maximum of 5.9 points on the Athlon 64 X2. The same fast memory controller with low latencies is integrated into the Phenom.
