Since this game doesn't have its own benchmark mode, we used FRAPS to measure the frame rates. We started a new race (Japan, stage 2), then aborted the race (retire) and measured the frame rate of the following 360° camera shot.
The GDDR-3 version of the FX 5700 Ultra once again inches ahead of the GDDR-2 part. ATi's Radeon 9600XT, meanwhile, is significantly faster in this game!
