Event: Gigabyte's Global Overclocking Finals
The Battle Begins, Then Ends
Let The Games Begin
After a countdown, the first phase opened with the Everest contest in the Battle for the Best P45 OC, followed by Super Pi, 3DMark 2001, and 3DMark 2006. The first three winning teams were determined after a total of the four overclocking competitions.
Whenever a winning team emerged in one of the four contest components, the hosting organization immediately drew from the visitors with successful predictions from the raffle box representing that team, then presented awards.
A Winner Emerges
After four hours of intense competition, the results of the top three teams of the P45 Overclocking Championship were determined. The winning teams were: Team Sweden in first, Team Russia in second, and Team USA in third place. They were awarded with $5,000, $2,000, and $1,000, respectively.
Detailed contest results for the three winning teams are:
- Team Sweden: Everest Corp 4.5=10025, Super Pi 1M=8.172, 3DMark 2001=102445, 3DMark06=29630
- Team Russia: Super Pi 1M=8.188, 3DMark 2001=101639, 3DMark06=27945
- Team USA: Everest Corp 4.5=9704, Super Pi 1M=8.360, 3DMark 2001=98887, 3DMark06=29463
The United States and Russia tied for the results, but under the condition that sponsors prefer a higher 3DMark result, the Russian team won second place.

danimoth17 Just noticed, all the mentions of the Gigabyte boards on display are wrong concerning the GA-P45-UD3 board. You labeled it as a GA-P45-UD3P, which it is not because it has only 1 PCIe 2.0 slot.Reply
There are 3 models
GA-P45-UD3 (shown)
GA-P45-UD3R (different chipset cooler)
GA-P45-UD3P (2 pcie 2.0) -
