Maxsun, a Chinese hardware brand, just launched the MS-里程碑 (Milestone) i7-11800H Plus motherboard. What's interesting about the motherboard is that it's based on Intel's Core i7-11800H, a mobile Tiger Lake processor.

Sporting a black PCB, the MS-Milestone i7-11800H Plus is a standard micro-ATX motherboard using Intel's HM570 chipset. The motherboard comes equipped with a seven-phased power delivery subsystem with 50A DrMOS, supporting up to 200W. The motherboard feeds the Core i7-11800H through an 8-pin EPS power connector, which is plenty for the 45W Tiger Lake chip.

Considering this comes with the cpu, which intel sells for $395.00, an extra $60ish for the rest of the motherboard is pretty good. Frankly, this would make a great HTPC.

That is a hard sell. Who is this marketed towards? I don't see this as a reasons option., Whn other desktop parts will perform as well for cheaper. I'd love to have on don't get me wrong.

I'd love to be able to get this in a mini-itx form for a low power plex server that uses the iGPU. I want Intel 11th+ gen, low TDP, and 8 cores. This CPU is pretty much the best option...and really the only way to get it. The 11500T and 11600T are good options, but only go up to 6 cores. Plex can get pretty CPU heavy under some transcoding methods even with GPU acceleration.
