TwinMOS launches DDR2-533 SO-DIMM for Sonoma platform

TwinMOS Technologies announced today that it has completed the R&D for its DDR2-533 SO-DIMM. The product is designed to support the Intel Sonoma platform, as well as Intel's next generation Napa platform.
