AutoBackup

The backup software called AutoBackup, from Memeo, is a fully featured solution for complete or incremental backups, and allows the selection of certain file types or individual files and folders. It also supports the creation of system restore points, which helps to recover an entire Windows installation after a disaster. The included utilities allow the user to adjust the LED lights and to configure the timeout period to have the FreeAgent Pro spin down the hard drive.
Since the software isn't on a CD, the first thing you should do is to burn it from the FreeAgent Pro onto a CD or DVD.
