Do you lie awake at night, thinking of the armies of the Scourge, or perhaps you sleep while dreaming of the zerg Swarm, or perhaps you daydream about the Burning Hells? If so, this could be a chance for you to commit some of that into your word processor and win a trip to Blizzard.
As it did last year, Blizzard has now opened up a 2010 Global Writing Contest, where it will accept short story submissions from 2,500- to 7,500-word short story written in English and set in the Warcraft, StarCraft, or Diablo universe.
The grand prize story teller will win a trip to Blizzard's headquarters in southern California, as well as a choice of a Diablo III "OVERTHROWN" barbarian diorama (opens in new tab) or a Frostmourne sword.
The contest is open mostly worldwide, but be sure to read through the official rules before you commit your art to words.
