All timing parameters are changeable. However, be aware that memory module manufacturers do not know for sure how the built-in chips react to the timings, and the long experiments involved with this are exhausting. So in the end, since the differences are marginal anyways, fine-tuning is pointless.
Now, the speed of the HyperTransport bus is 1 GHz instead of 800 MHz. However, the final results of our tests were quite disappointing.
