During the two weeks we spent testing the two Shuttle systems, we discovered one major shortcoming: the operating noise level. It's much too high for you to install the mini PC in the office.
Like a jackhammer: the fan in the heat-pipe system creates quite a racket.
There's definitely room for improvement in the fan, which should have an adjustable RPM setting and should also direct airflow more effectively.
