DiRT2 lets us explore DirectX 11 performance, and it looks like the Radeon HD 5830 performs much closer to the Radeon HD 5770 than it does the Radeon HD 5850 in this particular title.

Of course, it will be interesting to see how upcoming DirectX 11-class games change the story. Aliens Vs. Predator, for instance, is a title we'll be reviewing in the near future. This one one promises to showcase tessellation, and we're anxious to see what that does to performance.
