DirectX 11 Results: Aliens Vs. Predator
DirectX 11: Aliens vs. Predator
The story changes again in Aliens vs. Predator employing DirectX 11. Again, the FirePro W9000 and W7000 dominate the competition at lower detail settings. Nvidia's Quadro 6000 does a bit better at higher settings, whereas AMD's FirePro W7000 does a lot worse. The benchmark results at the most demanding settings are certainly interesting, but with only one professional card giving us playable average frame rates, the point is moot.
It’s also notable that AMD's FirePro W9000 beats the Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition with its higher clock frequency at lower settings.
