Still great, but no longer convertible

The Asus Zenbook 17 Fold OLED is the biggest foldable PC, but the company has done little to advance the design of folding computers. It has a beautiful display but is still chunky and expensive.

The HP Spectre x360 13.5 is a full-featured 2-in-1 with plenty of ports, a sleek design, a colorful display and a sharp webcam. If only HP would stop installing so much software on it.

The HP Pavilion Plus 14 can is an effective mainstream performer, has all the ports you could ask for and comes at a good price.

The Dell XPS 13 Plus brings radical design changes, including an invisible touchpad and capacitive function keys, in a beautiful chassis with solid performance.

The Lenovo Yoga 9i (Gen 7) is a slim, 14-inch convertible with a 12th Gen Intel Core P series CPU and a design that will let it fit just about anywhere.

With its first mainboard upgrade, Framework is proving it's serious.

Dell's big-screen XPS 17 gets Intel's latest CPUs for better performance and battery life. Its screen is also great but the design, while solid, feels stale.
