Does Corsair offer free shipping?
Yes, Corsair does offer free shipping on orders over $79. If your order comes to less than $79 then you will incur a shipping fee, which may vary depending on what you're ordering. All added fees will be shown in your order total at the checkout.
Does Corsair offer warranties on its products?
Most products sold by Corsair have a basic warranty by default, which can vary in length between 1 - 2 years. These warranties vary in price depending on the length of time they are contracted to support the product. Double-check your options with Corsair before you check out, and consider Corsair's extended warranty options if you're concerned that you're device isn't covered for long enough.
What is Corsair XP Care?
XP Care is Corsair's extended warranty option that can be purchased at the checkout. XP Care offers device cover for 3 - 5 years and promises that if your device has any issues, a brand-new replacement device will be sent out in 2 - 3 business days. All your return costs and shipping fees will be covered when you purchase XP Care, meaning you won't be hit with surprise charges, and you can manage your warranty online. You'll also have access to an exclusive 24/7 customer support line specifically for XP Care customers. Claimants are entitled to two successful replacement claims per plan.
What are Corsair exclusives?
Some Corsair products are not available to buy through third-party sellers, and can only be found on the Corsair website. These products are known as Corsair exclusives, and have their own dedicated section on the brand's website. Expect to find peripherals such as mice & keyboards, PC components, and gaming PCs.
What is Corsair's returns policy?
Purchases from Corsair come with a 60-day return policy that begins the day the item is received. Holidays, however, come with a different policy that offers a larger window depending on the circumstances of the purchase. For example, items purchased between the start of November and middle of December usually can't be returned until at least the middle of January. Visit Corsair's website to verify the return policy of your product if you aren’t sure which policy your return falls under.
