Can I get free shipping on my UGREEN order?
Getting free shipping on your UGREEN order is nice and easy - most orders worth $20 or more within the 48 contiguous United States immediately qualify, saving you on additional shipping fees. Note that any exceptions to this will incur shipping costs that are calculated on a per-order basis. Any additional fees will be displayed at the checkout before you confirm your order.
Is there a UGREEN student discount?
UGREEN has partnered with Student Beans to offer anyone who is studying 15% off their electronics. To qualify for this deal, all you need to do is sign in to your Student Beans account through the dedicated UGREEN student discount page. Setting up an account is free, and once you've signed in, you'll receive a code to apply at checkout.
Does UGREEN accept returns?
Should you decide your item isn't for you (or if you receive a faulty item), you can contact UGREEN to arrange a return within 30 days of receiving your goods. You will need to cover your own shipping costs, however (unless your item was faulty, in which case UGREEN will cover shipping fees worth up to $10 via a pre-paid label).

What is UGREEN NAS?
A UGREEN NAS (Network Attached Storage) is essentially a personal cloud server that you keep in your home or office. Instead of plugging a hard drive directly into your computer, a NAS connects directly to your internet router. This allows your phone, laptop, smart TV, and other devices to access, store, and share files over your local network or remotely over the internet
Can UGREEN NAS run Plex?
Yes, UGREEN NAS devices can absolutely run Plex Media Server. Because many of UGREEN's NASync models (like the DXP4800 Plus and DXP6800 Pro) use modern Intel processors with integrated graphics, they can handle 4K hardware transcoding. You can install Plex using Docker, which is fully supported and built right into the UGREEN OS.

UGREEN Rewards is free to join, and you get 200 points just for signing up. After that, you earn 10 points for every $1 spent. For every 100 points you earn, you get $1, which is redeemed in tiers: 500 points is $5 off orders over $75, 1000 points is $10 off orders over $100 and 5000 points is $50 off orders over $250.
You can also get 100 points each for following on Facebook, Instagram and X, plus 300 points on your birthday. However, points expire after a year, so be sure to use them.
Price Guarantee
Alongside points redemption and early sales alerts, rewards member also get a 30-day price guarantee which means if you bought something then it falls in price shortly after your order you can contact UGREEN support to reclaim the difference.
Bundle & Save
UGREEN sells pre-packaged bundles that often pair a charger or power bank with all the cables you'd need anyway at a lower rate than buying the parts individually. If you were going to buy a cable regardless, the bundles are always cheaper.
Flash Sales
UGREEN runs a rotating featured deals page with limited time discounts on products like Nexode chargers and MagFlow power banks. These deals change fast so check first before you buy!
Clearance Section
UGREEN has a dedicated clearance section seperate to the flash sales, this is where end of line and overstocked items are marked down with big discounts compared to the RRP, stock is limited to what's left so selection varies but its always worth a check.
Military Discount
UGREEN is partnered with GovX to offer a discount to active and former US military, once approved you will get a single-use code to apply at checkout so if you're military or a veteran, make sure you verify!
Student Discount

How to use UGREEN coupons

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Despite our team regularly refreshing our pages and testing every code before upload, every now and then a coupon may not work as intended.
