Can I get free shipping on my UGREEN order?
Getting free shipping on your UGREEN order is nice and easy - most orders worth $20 or more immediately qualify, saving you on additional shipping fees. Note that any exceptions to this will incur shipping costs that are calculated on a per order basis. Any additional fees will be displayed at the checkout before you confirm your order.
Is there a UGREEN student discount?
UGREEN has partnered with Student Beans to offer anyone who is studying 15% off their electronics. To qualify for this deal, all you need to do is sign in to your Student Beans account through the dedicated UGREEN student discount page. An account is free to set up, and once you've signed in, you'll be sent a code to apply at the checkout.
Does UGREEN accept returns?
Should you decide your item isn't for you (or if you receive a faulty item), you can contact UGREEN and arrange to return your order up to 14 days after you've received your goods. You will need to cover your own shipping costs, however (unless your item was faulty, in which case UGREEN will cover shipping fees worth up to $10 via a pre-paid label).
