Toshiba SDR-5472
Founded as a joint venture between Samsung and Toshiba, TSST (Toshiba-Samsung Storage Technology) supplies writers to both manufacturers. TSST allows the Japanese and Korean makers to each sell models under their own brand names, while cutting fabrication and development costs. The SDR-5472 has very familiar design features and characteristics. Unfortunately, it is not yet available on the market.
