madjimms Hey Jane, next time why don't you actually list the games in the same article rather than just redirecting to the Tomsguide link...Reply -
somebodyspecial Yes redirection is total BS. Why is this site acting like MS. Must I really click over and over to get what I want. Same with those damned picture articles I NEVER read once realizing that's what they are. I won't click 30 times through crap+read more crap. Put the ENTIRE page in one page rather than the "read more" garbage. I see read more and move along. Between that and all the comments section problems lately this site is becoming a real PITA to try to read.Reply -
somebodyspecial Reposted from the link...Now I can save you another click to get there...LOLReply
To stop this utter bs people, just copy the data from the pics and JDownloaderV2 will catch them all...No need to read it I just check the names.
IE this article shows:
wolfenstein 3d
KQ3 (kings quest?)
Ultima 4
Ultima Savage Empires
Titans of steel
Ultima Martian Dreams
Marathon
Sarien
The Ur Quan Masters
TF2
C&C Tiberian Sun
Quest For Glory 2
OpenRA (open source red alert I guess).
If Toms refuses to kill these dumb slideshows and "Read more" articles, just go around their BS. Get JDownloader and quit giving these A$$hats hits :) Sorry Tomshardware, you're site is annoying the crap out of me. I don't mind clicking a 10page article, but this picture and read more crap has to go. Scratch that, I guess now it's "SEE MORE". Same freaking thing.
People need to start listing things so nobody has to read this crap. I hope I've saved a ton of people from this clickfest :) -
Pherule Here's another game that was always free. Best of all, it's more than 10x better than any of the games listed in this article. You can download it here: https://www.pathofexile.com/Reply -
casemods Unfortunately, once TF2 became free, it was no longer awesome.Reply
I still play it, but I wish there were "proof of purchase only" servers, to weed out the free2play kiddies.
