Rosewill Launches THRONE Gaming Enclosure
Rosewill has unleashed its THRONE gaming enclosures.
While this is not the first time we're seeing the THRONE name from Rosewill, it is only now that Rosewill has officially announced that the THRONE series of gaming cases is available.
The cases have a rather extensive feature set, and as advertised, are targeted towards gamers and enthusiasts. As such, the case features room for up to ten 2.5" or 3.5" drives, three optical drives, graphics cards up to 320 mm in length, a bottom mounted PSU, and it features an impressive 25 mm of space behind the motherboard tray for cable management.
Cooling in the case is also well achieved. There is support for up to eight 140 mm fans and another four 120 mm fans. Five of the 140 mm fans come pre-installed, as well as another 230 mm fan on top of the case.
The case also has a rather interesting front I/O configuration, which is not a bad thing this time. It features a built-in docking station for 2.5" or 3.5" drives, as well as a total of four USB 2.0 connectors, two USB 3.0 connectors, and topped off with a pair of HD audio jacks.
Rosewill is releasing the cases in four different versions -- a windowed gun-metal black version, a windowed black version, a white version, and another black version. Street pricing is around $160.

Sangeet Khatri The case is not that good. Check out the video review of this case by Hardware Canucks. They did a very good review of this case.Reply -
J_E_D_70 Well, if it's tall enough you could put a seat on it and say, "I'm going to sit on the THRONE."Reply -
flyflinger "Street pricing" for a Rosewill product, now that's funny, as Rosewill is Newegg's house brand essentially, so there's no really any other place to get them except Newegg.Reply -
chumly That is one huge, ugly thing. If you really, really need huge and ugly, Silverstone's Raven series is the same price and just as ugly (but quality built and reviewed way better).Reply
