E3 2006 Preview: The hot games list
A number of blockbuster titles will grace the Los Angeles Convention Center this week for E3 2006. This year's crop of titles poised to make their debut at E3 will leave no stone unturned - more games for Xbox 360, new MMORPGs for the PC, and next generation games in the works for Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 3. From MOORGs (massively open online racing game) to WWII/Sci-Fi RTS titles, this year's conference is sure to feature a few eye-opening demos and intriguing previews.

Atari confirmed that it will be offering its car simulation game Test Drive Unlimited for Sony's Playstation 2 (PS2) and Playstation Portable (PSP), in addition to already announced versions for the Xbox 360 and the PC.
Unreal Tournament 2007 to be demonstrated at E3
Midway Games said that it will demonstrate a total of 13 new games at the Electronic Entertainment Expo next week. Among the titles show visitors will be able to see is Unreal Tournament 2007 (PC, PS3), the latest version of the Unreal franchise, which is currently developed by Epic games.

E3 2006 Preview: The showdown between consoles and PCs
All this week, the $31 billion global video game industry will have the Hollywood spotlights shining exclusively upon it, as even the old MGM Studios have been rented out to help stage one of the biggest showdowns in the history of the entertainment industry. The Electronic Entertainment Expo officially commences next Wednesday, but Monday will be high noon, as the second of the next-generation consoles - Sony's PlayStation 3 - makes its world premiere.
