Benchmark Results: Grant Theft Auto IV
There’s no point in enabling anti-aliasing here, as Grand Theft Auto IV doesn’t support it.
This platform-limited title really isn’t able to do much over 60 frames, even with vsync disabled. The GeForce GTX 275’s higher shader count allows it to put a significant lead in over the GTX 260 Core 216 and Radeon HD 4890, which perform similarly.
As we can see at 2560x1600, the Grand Theft Auto IV is able to benefit from the Radeon HD 4870 X2’s second RV770 core. But it still gets bested by the single-GPU GeForce GTX 285.
