The drive provides very much the same performance as a conventional Momentus 7200.4 in MobileMark.
However, battery time is clearly shorter on the new Momentus XT, which is because of its higher power at average loads. See the next page for details.
Overall, the Monentus XT provides clearly improved performance in SYSmark 2007, especially in video creation and e-learning.
