The transfer rate difference between the Spinpoint F and its RAID edition brother is not significant. If you were hoping to get better performance by purchasing the RAID edition, you’ll probably be disappointed. However, the Spinpoint F is still the drive that offers the highest throughput of all the 7,200 RPM drives.
