Acer Introduces the C120 LED Travel Projector

Acer's new C120 projector is a diminutive device that that measures 1.0 x 4.7 x 3.2 inches and weighs just 6.35 ounces which certainly makes it convenient for travel. The projector's LED is rated for a brightness of 100 lumens, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and is capable of producing a maximum resolution of 1280 x 800 (SVGA).

The C120 contains a HDMI input and is marketed as having "PC-Free" connectivity on account of its ability to read files directly off a USB thumb drive and connect to an iPhone with an appropriate A/V adapter. It is worth noting that the projector has no real support for legacy connectors such as VGA, but we don't view this as a serious concern due to the widespread availability of HDMI outputs on recent computers.

The C120 is currently on sale for $259 and comes with a 1 year limited warranty. For more information, visit the relevant page on Acer's website.
